The challenge
A strong proposition in a growing category, but market visibility didn't reflect the product. The issue wasn't expertise, it was distribution: competing against larger brands and better-funded rivals, with content that generated attention but never compounded.
What we did
- Positioned the brand around market expertise, trends, market transformation, operational problems, industry data and strategic opinions, not product features.
- Split content into growth (timely, contrarian, data-led, shareable) and authority (analysis, use cases, frameworks, commercial insight).
- Treated LinkedIn as a distribution engine for cumulative visibility rather than a series of isolated campaigns.
- Monitored topic, format and hook performance continuously, scaling strong themes and cutting weak ones.
The results
- 5,615,000 impressions in 90 days.
- Up 539.8% on the previous comparable period's roughly 878,000 impressions.
- More than 6x the previous level of visibility.
- A far larger pool of buyers exposed to the brand before any sales conversation.
